WHICH COURIER SERVICE?
WHEN WE WILL SEND YOUR ORDER?
For online orders, we will ship out the parcel within 2-4 working days.
WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PARCEL?
Shipped items are expected to reached you between 2-7 working days.
Delivery time are depending on customers location.
HOW MUCH THE SHIPPING FEES?
The shipping fees are based on the product's weight and dimension of the box (for bulk orders).
Normal charges is RM8 for Semenanjung and RM11 for Sabah/Sarawak.
Basically, that normal charges can fit up to 1kg (roughly it can fit up to 10pcs hijab or 30pcs inner)

We will find the best option & pricing of shipping to save your cost.

HOW TO TRACE?
Once the item has been shipped out, customer will receive tracking number through email.
Customers are responsible to track your parcel by using the tracking no. from the respective courier websites.
After you received the tracking no, you may trace your parcel by click to this link;
HOW IF WE HAVE PROBLEM DURING DELIVERY PROCESS?
We are responsible to make sure the items are 100% in good condition
and parcel before we send out.
However when we send out through the courier company there is some possibilities if problem happens during the process and this is out of our control.
BUT we will assist you to make sure the courier company take the responsibility to make sure the items reach you in good conditions.
Here is some precautions you have to know in case we need to claim from courier company:
1. PLEASE DO NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL IF THE PACKAGING IS TEAR / BROKEN / BOX IS OPENED.
If you received those items in that conditions, courier company will not take responsibility if we report missing items.
2. In case u have received the items, please keep the original packaging. Do not throw away the packaging (even though its tear). This is the proof!
