There are 2 cases for
EXCHANGE & REFUND:
1. You CHANGE YOUR MIND
2. You received DEFECT ITEMS.
1. Wanna change? Sure. No problem.We would like to remind you to measure and check the dimension given before submitting your order.
Because changing items may incurred some cost on you.

MUST be return in its original packaging - UNUSED, UNWASHED with original
Any cost for returning/delivering/shipping charges must be paid by the customer. As like you shop in a physical store, whenever u wanna change the items, u must come to the shop again, right :-)
In some cases, Himayya also accept request for exchange sizes/colours BUT with additional charges of RM5.00 per parcel as processing fee and RM8 as for postage fee. Yeah it might incurred some hassle to exchange. But we try our best to suit your needs with minimal charges.
What? Defect items??!!
In case you received the defect items, please contact us directly by email.
We will replace the item(s) FREE OF CHARGE as soon as possible. No additional cost will be charge on you.
*Our policy lasts 30 days upon your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Please take note that we did not allow any monetary refund.
1. In a case of you change your mind, you may resell the items to your friends :-)

Its ok. We will proceed with refund in form of STORE CREDIT.
That means? You can use the credit to purchase any other items in Himayya's website next time :-)
